Online - Sessions = Flexible & Effortless
Available where you are: Whether you are home or abroad, online sessions make support accessible from anywhere.
Easy to integrate into daily life: Flexible schedule allows sessions to fit naturally into your routine.
No travel, no waiting rooms: Save time and energy by attending sessions from your own space.
Familiar environment: Many people feel more at ease when they can talk in a setting they know and trust.

Support for Expats!
Living abroad can be enriching – but also emotionally demanding.
Distance from family, children struggling to adjust, or shifting relationship dynamics can all become sources of stress.
I offer online support for expats navigating personal challenges and emotional changes while settling into life in a new environment.

Before your session, you'll receive a Zoom link to join your confidential video call at the scheduled time.

Initial session:
We begin by exploring your concerns, clarifying your goals, and defining a clear focus for our work together.

Tailored strategies:
We develop practical, solution-oriented approaches that are adapted to your personal situation and everyday challenges.

Integration & reflection:
Between sessions, you apply the strategies in daily life. In our follow-up, we reflect on what worked, where adjustments may help, and what to focus on next.
What to Expect in Our Online Sessions...
